Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice upon credit approval. Prepayment of 50% is required on all initial orders. Prepayment above approved credit limits may be required based upon credit review.
Freight
Freight charged is a percentage of net buying price, based on the destination. Please see map on our web site. Standard truck deliveries are tailgate only. Inside delivery, and liftgate bear additional charges. If merchandise is delivered in damaged condition, or if concealed damage is suspected, please ensure the driver notes this on all copies of freight bills before signing for the goods. The pur chaser must examine for concealed damage as soon as possible. Notice of freight claims must be given to the carrier within 10 days of delivery. All damaged merchandise and packaging must be retained until inspected by carrier. Seller‘s invoice must be paid in full when due, irrespective of pending freight claims. RETURN SHIPMENTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION. Return authorizations will not be issued on products shipped 90 days or more from ship date. Merchandise must be returned in original shipping cartons with proper inner packing. Returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking charge and will be inspected. All returned merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid. Merchandise ordered to custom specifications may not be cancelled or returned. HABA items are custom produced, no cancellations or modifications are allowed.

Some products in this catalog are custom made to order with the highest German quality and imported directly to Wisconsin. Lead times can be approximately 12-14 weeks for those items.
